Drafting- Once you accept our quotation we proceed with drafting, where your ideas are brought to life. We provide detailed drawings and 3D images of the batten fence you’ve chosen. These drawings are then sent to you off for approval.

Production- Once the drawings are approved we begin production! This process takes 2-4 weeks. The plans are run through the CNC machines where everything is cut precisely. Once the CNC produces each individual piece our production team assembles the batten fencing. After this, we conduct a quality check and send the fencing off for powder coating. Once powder coating is complete we once again conduct a quality check to ensure everything is perfect!

Installation- As soon as the production team has completed we call you up and schedule and install date. This is where we deliver the batten fencing and commence with installation. We use galvanised rods and chemset each individual rod to the foundation of where the batten fencing sits onto. Each batten fencing panel is then fixed firmly and quality checked.

Handover- Once installation has complete we ask you to check the works that have taken place and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with everything.
